Riroji Vahtola - Former Black Eagle, wanted for treason by the Federation. He has been CEO of Kaalmayoti Warzone Control, a corporation now maintained by Viktor Revon, and been largely influential to Viktor Revon. Recently he has gone into hiding on the border of Jovian Space.
Grimic Novab - A former human trafficker who, after being threatened, adopted the Clone Transplant. He now earns a living by selling Mindflood.
Johnathan Minecloak - An Matari loyalist. Nothing more to him than that really.
I find it sad that there are so many short answers.

((Yes, I enjoyed it too. I left a few months after my arrival to try my hand at being a CEO. It went down. I've also been in L.O.T.U.S, Zion TCD, and a few others I forget.
Did I get Lotus right? Can't remember their name to the letter, but I joined up twice. Knew Zion Shad, pretty laid back guy from my experience, and joined up with TCD.
Now if only I remembered the password to the PSN that had him on it's friends list.  ))
