The only suit that's underpeforming? The caldari logi is a pile of trash. The caldari commando is very lackluster and the assault has a rubbish bonus. Not to mention the scouts bonus' are wrong, how do you properly EWAR tank a cal scout when even with 4 prescion enchancers the scan Prescion is still terrible, can't help that range either because you need 2 damps on it. This is from a EWAR view and not a slayer scout

All commando suits are lackluster and the Cal Logis only problem is that it's bonus is to hives and those aren't really great.

The assault has a crap bonus(which is why I recommend they get 3 new bonuses and not lose armour) and the Caldari scout is perfectly fine and actually the doing better with the range amp nerf since it gets the most range.

I'm not sure how you can say the Cal scout is bad, it baffles me.

There's no point in running prescion because 1 damp beats it and the cal logi has severe CPU and PG issues too, just compare it to the min logi. Born Amarr, Pure Minmatar.
