That being said, there might be guys from beta who are better. I came into this game in 1.0

Kalante is the best slayer this game ever had. Reg is a close second.
Delta never once shot at someone who mattered. He'd hide and get garbage kills.
Ex is good, but not Kal good.
Kal won the AR in one weekend, one attempt. |

I wasn't trying to knock these players individually or anything, its just as a KB/M user I do miss the Chromosome days and I am very bitter haha.

Kalante is a beast, no doubt. Dude wrecked me back when I ran min scout, pretty hard to kill the guy.
The rest are all good, but I haven't played against them enough to know how good they are. But that week that Kal was going for the officer assault rifle made it hell for me to run ambush.

How is he so good? I cant kill him to save my life. I swear there were time I should of had em and he pulls a 180 and im dropped. Idk if the dude has that good of skill or if it was just the situation I was in but I swear He should have died least once in cqc. The dude is too unreal for me.

Never went 1v1 vs Kalante but I've had that exact feeling against Alldin Kan and ANON Illuminati. The second or third time you think you have the advantage but nonetheless they kill you and have like 5-10% of their HP left and..

Lol Alldin punked me once, was on a bridge map, I had a whole minefield set up just for his LAV but he hit his shield hardeners & boostered over the entire thing jumped out and HMGed me:( I thought he was so badass but then I heard his voice heh.

Not lately I heard so much about kalente versed him in a pub ambush killed him several times in my apex suit he then rage quit the game :/ rather disappointed

Kalante didn't get his status by being a Pub star.. He gets good scores in Pubs.
Kalante got his rep by beasting PC's against full corps of the considered best in the game, including reggy. Pulling 5 KDR's against These players in a highly competitive PC.
There are tons of Pub stars in DUST. But it is rare for someone to carry that over to PC and perform the same there too. |
