Could say the same about yall too. Every time I'm in a FW match I'm proto'ed up and all I get from yall scrubs is standard & advance gear.

They started off as a proud force. Though, many years of hard fighting has left their numbers depleted, their logistics disarayed and their material resources remarkably scarce. Having more dangerous and expensive equipment does not help their cause either.
Caldari mercenary and Gallente advisers such as myself have been taken back upon introduction to the frontlines of Amarr and Minmatar warfare. Many Caldari mercenaries initially mistook the Amarrian foot soldiers as that of the Minmatar. This was because their disparate equipment and rudimentary training was seen as a hallmark of the Minmatar. I, myself, was mistaken upon my first trip to a Minmatar war camp as the officers as well as the lowest of enlisted men be took themselves with such politeness, professionalism and were trained so well that I wondered whether I had stumbled upon an Amarrian encampment.

This is true but we have but duct tape and scrap as our currency. How are we to afford such luxurious gear as proto?
Honestly though and this is not a boast but merely an observation: Many many times the Matar have won the battle using standard gear.
Every time I have personally witnessed Amarr winning battles, they have at the very least 2 organised squads decked out in proto gear. I make sure that I do my best to make things expensive for the Golden boys.

They've a fair few teams rolling around here and there.
More or less whoever is the most outspoken are the bigwigs of any militia. The most ironic thing about the Dust side Amarr Miltia is that none can claim to have had much off an influence on the current Amarrian dominated FW scene EVE side......simply because currently our Dust holdings suck.
In the end what does that matter. We own the warzone that matters.

Don't see how you make us loose money, most of us have thousands of lp. I personally have 100 lp fits of my proto logi, assault,commando, and heavy

Sure I guess but what I don't understand about people in Dust.....just like people in EVE..... is of you spend X months getting the SP, ISK, skill in your role......why not use it in the best manner you can?
I'll only ever use an MLT tank against corporate squads and the like because I can mess with their ISK efficiency..... every other time its the Ion/ Particle Canon or Xt 201 whenever I can.
Why? Cuz I haz ISKies.

FW is just a step under PC and a lot of tactics roll over to therefore so does the mindset of total domination. I'm not here to prove that I can whip anyone's ass up & down the galaxy given the chance by using lesser gear.

Does the minmatar militia realize that wearing proto does not make you good. I drop min proto suits like they are milita scout frames with my scrambler rifle....
ISK makes you appear to be better, it does not make you better....
