Alright, I got tired of waiting for other folks to let out the secret of what it actually is without making isk off of it (greedy much?) so me and a buddy got together and recorded how to get in without any fuss. Sorry for the camera quality video, but I don't own a capture card. This is how you get into the kinda secret area referenced in RemingtonBeavers thread here.
And here's the video on how to do it. Remember, you're gonna need to be in a suit that isn't a heavy and you'll need a buddy beforehand.

Alright, this is the 1st 'strongbox troll' thread I could find, and I just wanted to ask if there are any others that cracked the cryptic clue in the description?
After figuring it out it is soooo obvious. No, I'm not trolling by saying that there is a currently way to open them for free because there is not. CCP are going to implement another game mechanic that gives us an alternative way to open the boxes and they have included one word in the description as a cryptic clue to what this will involve.
If you read the roadmap on the trello board and then read the strongbox description I'm sure you'll see it.
