Because I'm thinking of spec'ing into gal scout again but I feel like they're gonna somehow change it SoonGäó...
Note, all I want to do with it is scouting stuff such as speed hacking, ninja hacking, running with links, etc... no slaying stuff.
So if they'd start messing on scouts, what would they change on the gal scout?

If you're going to speed hack you should go min. It doesn't seem like scouts will be changed much except for lower strafe speeds.

Gal scout is generally the most flexible and deals with any nerfs better than the other ones. And with the number of Low Slots, you can basically fine tune it towards the other races' niches with mods and doing it well enough to not need to skill into the other races. You just might have to create several fittings for it.
I really don't foresee any nerfs so bad that even the Gal Scout would become unusable.

I prefer the dampening bonus over the hacking bonus, for the latter all I need is 1 codebreaker and be as efficient while in the min scout a dampener ain't doing much. Plus on the gal scout you can have a good variety of fits.
