Anything with speed and shields will do since hit detection is in their favor. Got around 19 mil Sp so I should be able to get a decent min assault going right?

The fix after the fotm guys ruined it made them useless scrap metal. This is the way of dust. CCP "messes up", and scrubs make it obvious?! Then it's nerfed into the history books. I like the thrill of tank battles, and since I can't hit the troops 90% of the time anyway, I rarely go after them. If you got shot by me on foot it was because you were after my tank.

Way I figure i'll just get one proto suit, proto upgrades, and a weapon prof 5 out the gate. Then just work from there. If I get the strafe down to a science i'm golden. It's gotta be better than running or hiding the whole match. Some matches are so one sided that the enemy team all go AV to try to get points, and I can't even get out of the redline! I don't like the redline, but it's either that or die?! If you fight for caldari the only place you will be is the redline. I need an effective dropsuit to get in the fight with, and with the hit detection on turrets as bad as it is all my tank continues to be is enemy warpoints.

Balanced slots for flexibility -- good dual tanking that can put it almost as high as any other suit in terms of HP if you need to stack -- and if you stay fast you get sidestep speed high enough that you can ignore damage almost as well as a scout. The MinAssault is definitely the slayer assault.
