Have to agree, seems like we're heading down an unsavory path....also the daily missions, while fun, are a bit out of character with the New Eden vibe. Less gritty scifi dystopia and more amusement park, imo.

Also, why not add a simple R&D/manufacturing mechanic that allows you to buy a BPO and instead of the BPO being like it is now as an actual suit, it is a BPO like EVE and you have to spend money to produce copies of the suit. This would take time also to cook off the copies so, just like having to take the time earning money to buy more suits, you instead wait for the suits to be manufactured. Why would you do this? Because the BPO suits are ultimately just reskins and the cost in isk would cost as much as a basic suit yet be advanced to proto level. I think a mix of aurum and isk as well as wait time is worth having a better suit that costs less in isk to upkeep. This way CCP can make money while not just handing out suits and weapons that never have to be replaced and offer proto suits that can be equippable, but not be a P2W situation. I'm better than laser focused; I'm hybrid focused.
