However when Que-Syncing as an Alliance everyone involved has to Que for the same faction. Minmitar is the faction that the most people were interested in. (Partly because of Gear. Partly because people in Amarr FW are fairly organized so it is easier to get matches against them.)
If you wanted to setup Que-Syncing for Caldari you would simply need to use a different chat channel for the Que-Sync than the one used for Min FW. There may be other Caldari loyalists in the faction who might want to join you, and you could bring people in from outside the Alliance as well. We had a Caldari FW Corp in the Alliance before. It only left the Alliance because the CEO wanted to join the Caldari Militia EVE side.

One of the Learning Alliance Corporations currently owns a district. Members from all Alliance Corps have been active in helping to defend this district and participating in training matches. A second Alliance Corp is looking into acquiring a district as well, so we can hold training matches within the Alliance.

When an EVE character applies to a Corp while still in a Player Corp, even after their application has been accepted, the EVE character still has to hit accept themselves before changing Corps.

The Learning Alliance peaked out around 10 or 11 Corporations, but we are down to 4 now. This would be bad news for most Alliances, but it is good new for us, as we are succeeding in our mandate.
The Learning Alliance serves two purposes: 1)To facilitate training corporations working together. 2)To help small Corps grow big and strong so they can join PC Alliances or stand on their own in PC.
Recently one of our lager Corps merged into Destiny Immortals, another Learning Alliance Corp founded by Immortal Guides graduates. Both corps had owned Districts which they used for PC training. The merger, bolstered by some transfers from Immortal Guides, formed a larger/stronger Corp. They left the Learning Alliance in order to become active in Planetary Conquest. (They could not hostilely take a district under Learning Alliance restrictions.) In this transaction the Learning Alliance lost two Corps, but achieved the second part of our mandate. We are very proud of Destiny Immortals and wish them great success.
Several other Corporations have left the Learning Alliance to join PC Alliances. Others have disbanded to merge into PC active Corps.
Honestly I am surprised at how successful the Learning Alliance has been at helping Corps grow to become PC viable.

The Alliance has been on my back burner for the past two months while I renovated my computer room. With my computer stuck in a back room upstairs during the renovation I was not able to check in on my EVE account regularly to organize things, and much of my time has been spent on the renovation, so I was not playing a lot of DUST either. But the reno should be done in about a week, my Computer will be back where I can check it regularly to deal with Alliance issues and I will have the time to put into recruitment and organizing again.
We have been very successful: Two former Learning Alliance Corps left to join PC Alliances. Two former Learning Alliance Corps disbanded with their member joining an active PC Corp. Two former Learning Alliance Corps merged into one and struck off on their own to become an active PC Corp.
However, training Corps and training Alliances where the members are expected to "graduate" also have to constantly recruit new members to replace the successful members who move on to the next challenge. After 2 months of no recruitment Immortal Guides is the only active Corp left in the Alliance. I will soon have time to devote to this endeavor again and we will start round two.

Sounds interesting I have some questions.
"Immortal Guides is charged 2 million ISK per month for every Corporation in the Learning Alliance. For this reason it is important for us to make sure there are active members in any Learning Alliance Corp. Corporations which go inactive may be removed from the Alliance. We don't want to continue paying for inactive Corps."
I dont know nothing about alliances. Why do you get charged? Is a alliance something that is only created through eve?
How do you contact other people in the alliance(in game) do you have a channel that every one joins or do you just add the other members to your contacts?

Only EVE characters can create or join Alliances, but DUST characters get benefits: 1) Allinace Chanel. Like the Corp channel, but includes everyone in the Alliance. 2) Can open Squads in the Squad Finder to "Alliance". 3) Directors/CEOs can send mail to the Alliance. Makes it easier to organize stuff. There is a separate Alliance mail tab. 4) In PC any EVE character in the Alliance can drop orbitals for any Corp in the Alliance.
Immortal Guides has to pay ISK to fund the Alliance because we are the Primary Corp in the Alliance, due to Renier Gaden (my EVE character who is CEO of Immortal Guides) being the founder of the Learning Alliance. The ISK is paid EVE side. If a member Corp happens to have EVE players, I am happy to take donations to help fund the Alliance, but I don't make Corps contribute. Your contribution is to provide players for my Corp members to squad with.

how much dose it cost for a eve player to drop orbitals/installation in a match? 2mill isk a month is not a lot for a player to make we only have 4% tax so for the clan to make 2 mill is a bit harder but once i get my loyalty rank to level 2 (its taking forever to go up) ill happily help with the 2 mill charge we currenlty only have me and 2 other players that come on most days well randomly see some of the other guys online like one guy seems to come online only on Saturdays. im always tryin to recruit more.
my cousin is the leader of the clan but hes inactive the only reason i haven't switched leadership to me is because he has the SP to make a max clan. I can start to upgrade my clan SP and switch leadership to me if this is a problem.
we dont know no eve players.

We require a Corp to have at least 5 active members to be accepted to the Alliance. If your Corp has that, then you can join. Yes, we try to help Corps grow, but a CEO must prove that they can at least get things started.
I believe that once the max member count for a corp is set, it stays the same even if someone with lower Corp skills is set to CEO. I have set several corps to a max member count of 2600 with my EVE Alt when I use him to put in the Alliance application for a Corp.
For an EVE character to drop Orbitals, I suppose it only costs the price of the ammunition, unless some pirate takes him out while doing it, in which case it is far more costly. EVE characters can't drop installation... at least not yet.
There is no way currently to pass ISK from EVE to DUST or visa-verse, although there are people who have ISK in both games which will do an exchange for a fee. But don't wary about that. I don't ask Corps to contribute to Alliance fees.
