When i was playing dust my sig would read
Heavy spam? RE's and nova knives solves everything.
With the new eWar system i hope it is still applicable to heavy spam situations

REs have quickly become my best defence against the heavy packs, I'm not dumb enough to try and take out a full heavy with my MD/Flaylock fit.
Nova knives however are lovely, may consider damage mods for Amarr sents.

I have always agreed that the payout should be relative to the amount of HP that the opponent has, and the amount of dps that your weapon can do.
If you forge a heavy, 1 shot 1 kill, not so hard, so min payout.
If you SCP a heavy, 60 shots 1 kill, since he is repping as you shoot him and reload and reload and reload, very hard, so max payout.
Also, payouts should be rewarded by percentage of damage done. People steal kills all of the time. I just did 1200 damage to that heavy over the past 20 seconds using an AR and proper cover techniques, and a shotgunner runs up and finishes him off in 0.1 second. I get 25 points? He gets 50 points? C'mon.

Based on Cat Merc's ingenious idea i extended it to a full concept.
The thing is , The game needs to reward the player for more stuff. Not only for killing and taking assets. Specially stuff that is HAD to do.
CCP is ALREADY implementing this idea (+1 to you guys) but here are some more:
Killing ANY type of sentinel +15 wp
Killing a Cloaked Scout +15wp
Killing Anything PROTO while in STD suit 20wp
Killing Anything PROTO while in ADV suit 10wp
Killing a Vehicle with a NON AV weapon 25wp (flaylock, HMG, MAss ...etc...)
Getting 5 Intel Kill assists +50wp
Getting 5 Kill Assists +35wp
And so on.
