I asked for a different color beam when I was part of the Officer Scrambler feedback, but it wasn't on the table. Now that it is though... Also a permanent salvage rate increase for your weapon on your character.

CCP let me name it, and I'm just thrilled that I got the chance. That being said, I think there's a case to be made for differentiating higher classes of weapons, including the scrambler.
