I would like a Nova Knife bonus to Caldari fits.
A damage bonus? Range? Significantly decreased charge time? What exactly is the bonus you want?
IGS is so quiet now, the silence is almost unbearable.

How about the Minmatar keep their bonus and the Caldari receive a significantly greater bonus to damage? That way Minjas still exist and a new breed is formed!

Got 10 kills with MLT NKs. These was to combat Thale Snipers and Sent Spam.
Anyway, I would like racial knives too.

So NK damage must be for Minmatar scout or none?
I'd rather it be on both Minmatar and Caldari suits.

I'm good with my Scout C-I (STD) with only a locus and a pair of (ADV) NKs. 
But this will ease up the cost for me. (Such a weak suit dies a lot.)

Yes.
Calscout gets damage bonus to Nova Knives and Minscout get damage bonus to melee.
WIth this bonus I will only have to connect one slash to kill assaults and two to kill heavies.
