ADV Cal sent is the only heavy I use, I've had good games with it, close to 30 kills and 0 deaths but none filmed, i'll show everyone soon though how powerful that suit is. Ok we lack having a shield repair tool or shield repair hives which I think we really need and it is probably those reasons that stop people using them over say an Amarr sentinel or what ever. Dont fit them with damage mods and beef up that shield tank. Caldari heavies can shrug off a surprising amount of small arms fire as long as you dedicate all of your modules to shields. I hardly ever use the Caldari Scout unless I need to sneak into a area that isn't accessible to a heavy frame due to camping. Since the precision nerf was no real reason to run it.. Don't see any reason to run it in 1.TEN. PS : Shot guns arn't that bad but doesn't have enough EHP for nova knives. Over 60+ Million SP and full proto in all Caldari Suits. Good amounts of shields and with the right fitting beastly recharge rate. And hes impossible to kill with massdrivers and grenades cause of the double resistance vs explosives. My brother is a Cal Heavy and his regen is ridiculous, with a sizeable amount of ehp. For what you need low (or even hi) slots vs doing AV with forge? - you are anyway OHK from HAV rail or two missiles. - fighting with HAV or dropship .. and meet infantry.. you are dead anyway. - only possible road for this is max shield regen on this sentinel and only this works for me. Nirwanda Vaughns 1032	Posted - 2014.12.09 10:29:00 - [29] - Quote I have proto unlocked on my alt and run it a fair amount. thanks to the projectile damage profile change HMGs do less damage to its shields now, and at max skills its resists are against the BAR (even though only slightly) and it even pretends to have some resistences to the LRs but we all know that s*ts broken. people claim the cal sent is crap because they tripple stack damage mods and have no defense but if you bump the proficiency of the HMG up, do a 2/2 split between complex DM and shield extenders its a nice balance. you might even have room in the low for an armour plate as well, which leads to another reason people are put off.... not much armour to farm WPs from. gal and amarr can get repped with a nice 1000hp buffer whereas caldari even with a plate is around 600-800 Never argue with an idiot. they bring you down to their level and beat you through experience proud C-II bpo owner*
