Now the min scout can just bypass damps altogether and speed tank. Maybe you are the only one having that problem.... I'm speed tanking Amarr suits and having a wondrous time.

I have understood for quite some time what the consequences of getting caught are, and so I do my best to avoid getting spotted, and when scanned I usually try to escape the area.
Dude it's pretty freaking boring.
Just a bunch of up jumped ass hats fighting over the high ground on each map, using the same generic strategies and fits that were determined to be the best.
You gain nothing special by holding districts, very little real EVE interaction, and your districts are in the ass end of nowhere...Molden Heath.

Speed tank a minmatar scout, run out of PG, not hide from simple scanners, use standard weapons on a proto suit, have a worthless cloak because everyone and their mother can pick you up with scanners. It doesn't work against good players. Maybe in pubs, but when you get into a competitive environment, everything that usually works and is funny against starterfits doesn't roll over so well when you verse good knowledgeable players. hell, I could go into a pub match and do good with melee but does it mean it's actually good and viable, no....
Cry me a river brother...... Good players do well regardless of what they use and don't have to make up excuses.
