And surprisingly enough, I can count how many losses we had in one hand. And those three matches were all VERY close. Good battles. But there's got to be more FCs so it doesn't go to ** when we leave. Its not about just basic organization or sitting waiting to see if anyone is looking for squad, thats fine, I have no problem with waiting. I do have a problem when people ask a squad leader to invite someone, nothing happens, and the squad leader has to be asked 3 or 4 more times to invite someone before they get off their ass and do it. Or when some problem happens when queuing up and it takes 2-4 minutes to try again because FC/Squad leaders are just talking about nothing or are staring at their own navel. Also unrelated but also important: people with quiet voices should not bother trying to command or squad lead. Speak the ** up so people can hear what they need to do, etc.
