Been busy this weekend, will try to log on, but no promises.
I know Aussie-Elite had made some good strides in organizing squads. Sadly, some people get impatient in squadding up.

Working two jobs and finals. Might as well have been born Caldari in real life. I want to hop on and fight for the State.
I feel like the Caldari has a higher learning curve to master... and most people don't know how to fit a shield-based suit... But I love Caldari tech, they're aesthetically pleasing and it fits better for my type of play style.
As for Z Platoon... we moved, but there's still some issues in our temporary fix... And I try to help in Kirjuun Heiian as often as I can. But once an FC leaves, people just don't communicate well. I think I've yelled at half our platoon in Kirjuun in one point in time since they were bickering amongst themselves over something trivial. I was irate until my gf came into the room to calm me down. It's really difficult to keep track of a dozen guys, let alone if they fight among themselves.
TL;DR: I love Caldari. Z Platoon is trying to reform. **** happens in Kirjuun, but I try to keep it together (I'm not the only one).

I know Aussie-Elite had made some good strides in organizing squads. Sadly, some people get impatient in squadding up. The guys in Kirjuun tend to be slow at everything. From picking up players to queuing for battle. Its incredibly annoying, and I generally just shift over to watch TV until I hear the match starting, but if you are running a squad/leading factional, do your god damn job. Its super frustrating and a symptom of the complete lack of effective leadership caldari fw has.
If you read my last post...
It's frustrating at times... but someone has to band them all together... And surprisingly enough, I can count how many losses we had in one hand. And those three matches were all VERY close. Good battles.
But there's got to be more FCs so it doesn't go to **** when we leave.

But there's got to be more FCs so it doesn't go to **** when we leave. Its not about just basic organization or sitting waiting to see if anyone is looking for squad, thats fine, I have no problem with waiting. I do have a problem when people ask a squad leader to invite someone, nothing happens, and the squad leader has to be asked 3 or 4 more times to invite someone before they get off their ass and do it. Or when some problem happens when queuing up and it takes 2-4 minutes to try again because FC/Squad leaders are just talking about nothing or are staring at their own navel. Also unrelated but also important: people with quiet voices should not bother trying to command or squad lead. Speak the **** up so people can hear what they need to do, etc.
I understand why you mean. But I haven't really encountered many problems.
What I do dislike is when there is miscommunication between squad leads and que with more than 16. Screwing the entire platoon. And then people leave and we have less than when we started because backing out and x'ing up seems too much for some people.
