So what is the reason of having a proto cloak? that -10% dampening isnt even working... can I get a DEV to respond on this thread?

yeah read what ive said... 14.14db when im cloaked right and I got scanned 2 days ago in pc from a gal logi while I was cloaked.. test it and you''ll see

You are ovbiously retarted and mentaly chalenged.. because you ovbiously cannot read. Sometimes my CEO wants me to play scout in some pcs and if the enemy team has a gal logi with duvolle focused scans im suppose to not get scanned with that fitting.. my job as scout is to destroy enemy uplinks and place uplinks for my team and if you think playing scout is being a coward then this game aint for you.. go play minecraft or even beter barbiedolls

They hack, shoot people in the back, stab them and throw RE's all over the place
Well dah thats considered... im not just going to destroy uplinks and put uplinks for my team.. i kill people re people hack obj etc.. but main factor in the city is uplinks.. you do a good job getting these uplinks out guerentee enemy team will have hard time getting back in.

when they added the delay to cloak it made it feel awkward and clunky so i replaced it with hives and replaced my damps with kincats and i have to say, you have to catch me in a open field to kill me lol so thanks to the heavys's qq who made the discovery of my new fit possible
