None. Without a clone body, all Dropsuits will kill you in a matter of days, just for putting one on for e few minutes. They release some insane levels of radiation and heat.
Aesthetically though? Amarr Medium. The Seraph Logi in particular. Assault Ak.0 is a close second.
If we were to say that all the lethal qualities were removed somehow... I probably pack a Assault Scrambler Pistol, and reroute any power from shields to power the pistol indefinitely for infinite ammo. A Scrambler Pistol running on auxiliary power would still fry an M1 Abrams, so yeah. Energy weapons FTW! Ammo is for scrubs!
A pistol because I prefer the mobility and maneuverability they have over a rifle, and the extra power a rifle has would just be overkill in the modern era. I mean, even a scrambler pistol would be overkill, but it would still be less overkill.

You do have to consider that there is not way to functionally operate a Dropsuit without being 8-9 feet tall......so clone body is part of the assumption. And yeah you bring up a very good point even one of the basic weapons we use in Dust 514 could decimate current military assets like tanks and attack helicopters...... but I doubt a drop-suit would walk away from a direct hit from a tank shell or missile. Actually, I doubt even a modern 120mm smoothbore gun would down a dropsuit. It would probably hurt one, but I doubt it would destroy it. I'd gesss it would do about 40-50 damage worth.
Look at the 20GJ Railguns for instance. They barely do enough damage to destroy a light dropsuit in a single hit, and they are vastly more powerful than any conventional tank guns we currently have. GJ stands for Gigajoules, in case you didn't already know...
How do I know a 20GJ is more powerful than a 120mm? Because our most powerful 120mm smoothbore rounds don't even reach 5GJ We currently have 35GJ railguns. They are insanely more powerful than any other guns we have. However, they must be mounted to the ground, and powered by a reactor, which are things that any modern military just cannot do with a tank.
If my dropsuit can withstand multiple hits from a 20GJ, I doubt anything that only outputs a fraction of the energy at a much slower rate is even a threat.
I bet a Rail Rifle round has more kinetic energy than a 120mm sabot.

I do...the annotations 20GL and 80GJ are poor and unfitting examples of weapon calibre....as such I tend not to pay any real attention to them. if such massive energies were being generates my HAV would explode with all the force of a cruise missile.
125mm Auto Cannon and 250mm Artillery Guns are used on starship sized vessels (aka frigates) and can inflict damage on vessels like this with (depending on what can be fit) 200mm -400mm plating and penetrate shielding (which could be extender).
Consider that USS Missouri has 9x 16 " Guns (406mm) and 20x 5" Guns (127mm)...... I genuinely do not think a Dropsuit could stand a bombardment like that...... hell I don't think one could stand the effects of a 400 pound bomb.
In Dust our current Sentinel Suit only has 25mm of armour plating....... most if not all of modern military fire arms could I imagine penetrate that.
You have to remember that a 125mm round made by the Minmatar is quite a bit more powerful than a 125mm gun that we would make. And that 25mm of the armor you see on a dropsuit is probably a good bit tougher than 25mm of the stuff we can make. But I will concede your point that the 20 and 80GJ might not be entirely accurate in this game. I do however, think that a dropsuit could definitely walk away from getting hit by a 120mm sabot with relatively little issues. A 406mm might cause issues, but I bet those issues will be that the dropsuit would go flying across the terrain, rather than be destroyed.
And yeah, I'll bet that the USS Missouri could probably destroy a dropsuit, but it has about the amount of firepower I said you'd need to do that. A modern tank though? Not a chance. The dropsuit would walk directly through their fire, and flip the thing like Master Chief can do.
