Can we get a game mode that does 32 vs 32? Please? I know a ton of us want this. I know you want to give it to us.

I don't think the servers could handle it, and it would require bigger maps too. I love the idea (128 vs 128 players was amazing in MAG), but this will increase lags, rooftop campers, HMG spam, RE spam and many more screwed up things ^^ |

Dust on the ps4 is more realistic.
The maps were unlocked for 24v24 ages ago but its not been implemented so if they can't get that working then 32v32 isn't going to work.
Understand that mag was a very simple game in many ways and the ps3 is a pile of ish now. You need to understand how ridculous the idea of 32v32 dust is on the lolps3.

MAG wasn't so simple compare to DUST, there was also a skilltree, bigger maps, many interactive doors/bunkers/radars/etc. And there were explosions everywhere! You could be dropped by a plane into battle, use different kinds of strikes depending on your rank in the fight, have many different orders and bonuses to give and take depending on your rank,.. It was FAR from a simple game, and yet 128 vs 128 players Domination mode was working incredibely good on our good ol ps3 ^^ |

Potential Issues -Horribly stacked teams -Exponentially increased spam of units -Network latency / infrastructure / battle cluster issues
I loved the idea, but like with MAG, latency will be a b****. PSN has connectivity issues already so compile that on top of communicating with TQ and the regional battle clusters, along with between the 64 mercenaries in battle, gameplay will suffer even more. Then again, MAG set a precedent of simultaneously serving 256 hosts that has yet to be replicated on the console. If there is ever another PS3 game that could pull it off, it'd be this one.
Ignorance is only a problem when left untreated. Stop the spread of ignorance with a daily dose of knowledge!

This is not a threat just get a bunch of likes. I would honestly like to see a 32 vs 32 game mode. PC, FW, Skirmish. Those are the three that I think would be really good with 32.
Secondly
I understand the latency issues when building up to 32 vs 32. But just like with the game mag, they hosted 256 players at a time. I'm just saying that I really like this idea and I know there a lot of other players that would too.

also stop comparing this game to mag. if we compare the game to anything it needs to be eve.
hopefully legion will allow no player cap in matches so it can be uneven

It wasn't linked to another game in anyway so data transfer was smoother.
It didn't have the servers dealing with the amount of modules, suits, equipment and weapons we have.
It didn't have to deal with planetary conquest and it's timers.
There was nowhere near the same amount of data transfer that dusts servers have to deal with.
There's a whole list of sht i could state but i cba. Mag was much more simple on many levels, I'm not ging to debate about it either because it's not a matter of opinion but you're welcome to be ignorant.

We are dealing with console people who don't understand how much more complex dust is with technical limtations compared to lolmag, as shown by the guy who tried to be a smart arse that i just replied to who stated how rank and orders made mag more complex.
Yeah looking forward to legon as well.

Not going to happen without melting PS3s.
Instead push for a Dust on PS4, that should be your primary focus.

32 vs 32 would be awesome , but with the lag currently on certain maps and most pc battles. I don't think the framework would support it. |
