The roadmap still exists. It is a separate board altogether.
Allowing CCP to crowdsource ideas is a step in the right direction... would you rather them just develop features without our input? At least this way they know what is on our minds.
Also, any player can request to be added to the board. I got access in less than 24 hours after I sent my email.

1. CCP pulled data on the ADS and it was insane. Judge R. himself said he was averaging 50 K/D in one. That means the ADS needed a nerf. Some pilots are bitter about losing their crutch, but the gravy train's wheels eventually fall off. Adapt or die 
2. The **** are you going on about? Rattati has several feedback threads open right now. He pulled the proposed changes to the cloak and ewar modules due to forum feedback.
3. You post ideas. Comments on said ideas are not necessary. If an idea adds nothing to the game, or is broken, then CCP won't use it.
P.S. - We have a F&I (Features and Ideas) board, but not F&R. Is this a new board?
