As these discussions heat up I just wanted to present a simple idea that held true through prior builds pertaining to LAV's.
BPO/STD LAV's are meant to be cheap, fast transportation.
I personally think that the BPO/STD LAV's should be able to be popped in one STD AV grenade, one STD swarm volley, or one STD forge shot.
In Chromosome this was the way it worked and people who wanted to run others over were quickly countered by the ability of a person to equip a set of STD AV grenades.
1 STD packed AV grenade=1 MLT LAV
If you wanted your LAV to survive, you got a better one or tanked it.
Current the situation is quite odd when a MLT LAV takes TWO lai dai packed AV grenades to kill.
A STD/MLT LAV having close to 3000 hp is silly.
Return the numbers back to what we had in Chromosome when LAV's could even be popped by HMG's if they slowed for too long.
As far as specialized LAV's like the Saga II, Chary, Limbus, Scouts, they need to have an agility/hp combination to suit their roles.
As someone who didn't have very much experience with these I'll leave that to people who did.
You obviously don't have any experience at all. We have nothing above a STD LAV. Why should it get destroyed with one STD AV grenade? They used to be destroyed like that. AV grenades were far too powerful for being idiot-proof.
We obtained better cars, then everybody complained about it. Why? Because the remote mods were too clunky to use well enough.
I may be missing something, but I'm pretty sure that I didn't call for a tank nerf before Uprising 1.7. - Atiim

One shot a LAV with a swarm?!? Hell No! Thats rediculous. LAVs suck enough as it is. LAVS on the move are harder to kill than a gunnlogi except under very specific circumstances. No I don't use swarms. That argument is invalid in the context of my statement. It's the same with Swarms. As long as there is any cover LAVs can easily drive around a corner fast enough to escape the volley.
No, they go around two corners to still hit you and destroy your vehicle.

That's probably because you're a terrible Pilot who doesn't know how to use cover.
Says the guy that jumps out of his terrible tank to use AV because he can't take out a tank otherwise.
This guy calling me a bad pilot... I have a lot of experience in tanks. You need the idiot-proof auto-aim to do anything against a vehicle.

Still a terrible idea. You obviously don't drive any vehicles at all. You know not of which you speak. STD LAVs have the same HP as MLT and BPO.
