Jihad Jeeps are only a problem if you're a tanker.
They are just a bad game mechanic. I could understand it if two players had to jihad into someone....but one dude deals 10264.8 explosive damage or more.

As for REs vs infantry, quit whining. Maybe if Locus grenades didn't SUCK and take 10 FREAKIN' MINUTES to explode, people would use those instead. And no, cooking doesn't work when you're already being shot at.
Yeah I have to admit there are issues with the shield HAV but you should be able to on an optimised suit and weapon be able to chew through roughly 1800 Shield per volley.
