You should never stack HP modules on a Sniper fitting as if someone sneaks up on you they'll aim for the head and you'll be dead before you can react. If you're fighting an enemy Sniper, they'll always go for head shots which are OHKs regardless. Try this instead: 2x Enhanced Light Damage Modifiers 1x Enhanced Shield Shield Extenders 1x Complex Profile Dampener or CPU Enhancer (if necessary) NT-511 Sniper Rifle --Preferred Sidearm-- The 1st Matari Commando -HAND

My Assault Ck.0: L Kaalakiota Rail Rifle S Kaalakiota Bolt Pistol G C-7 Flux Grenades (very sketchy, but very nice to have) X K-2 Nanohive = Complex Shield Extender = Complex Shield Extender = Complex Shield Extender = Complex Shield Energizer = Complex Light Damage Modifier - Complex Shield Regulator - Complex Shield Regulator - Enhanced Reactive Plate 541 Shields, 52.42 recharge rate, 1.4s Shield Recharge Delay, 1.6 Depleted 236 Armor, 3.5 repair rate, sprints at 7.28, dampened enough with core skills, same with passive scans This suit is perfect for good shield tanking. It has enough of a buffer to take at least a little brawling (even against HMGs!), and if you let me retreat or get to cover, you have seconds before I'm smacking you again with a full tank. The sidearm is really up to preference, remember that you are going to need a CQC weapon because the RR is hard to control. A (Min) SMG works perfectly if you are not used to using a MgS/BP. Good alternates: Swap out respectively for an Ishukone ARR, or a Complex Profile Dampener. Bear in mind I have everything relevant maxed except for the weapon fitting skills. I think with max skills you should be able to upgrade the plate and grenades. [Ironically generic forum signature here]

Here's mind suit Caldari Assault Fitting ( assault suit C-1 ) SL-4 Assault Rail Rifle N7-Magsec SMG Flux grenades 1x enhance Shields extenders 2x enhance Shields Rechargers Nanohives 1x basic armor reactive plate 1x enhance Shields Regulators but I never did do a snipeing suit Power changes everything

It is actually 2.05s recharge delay and 2.45s depleted. Still pretty good. 3 complex regs gets you 1.62s recharge delay and 1.94s depleted, which is almost worth it. Although this is without adding the +7% from each extender (~1s with 3). [Ironically generic forum signature here]
