Join a corp who regularly participates in Planetary Conquest, or get your corp to become part of it.
The average PC nets about 3-5mil ISK in profits, so if you win 3 of them every day you'll earn 100mil in a week. Do this for about a month and you'll never have to worry about ISK again.

Not really.
The 50m ISK needed for the clone pack becomes a measly 3m when you divy the cost by your team, and even less than that if you guys have a 5% tax rate.
There are also several corps giving districts for free if you can't produce said funds.

The average Ambush match takes about 8min, so at 200k per you're looking at:
01mil - 32min
02mil - 1hr 4min
05mil - 2hrs 40min
10mil - 5hrs 20min
20mil - 10hrs 40min
50mil - 1d 2hrs 40min
100mil - 2d 5hrs 20min
Do you really want to grind through 2.5 days worth of DUST when you can play 3 PCs (25-30min each) and earn the same amount in only 8hrs (1.2 each day)?
Surely you could put that time to better use.

BS, you win very small amounts if you die ten-fifteen times, and you will die a lot in a PC, unless it's a redline game where you get way less ISK (because of the lower biomass aka clones destroyed) or you're babysitting homepoint. And than do you think that it's that easy to get a spot in a team that wins 3 matches a day? lol
10-15 deaths is excessive and only happens when you're being stupid or unlucky (that or speed hacking), and highly unlikely. Even in my PCs against you guys I've only died 5-7 times on average.
As for that last part, I said "get rich quick". Never in the OP did I imply that it'd be easy.
