The 3k from boosters is "generated" and does not count. So it's actually a SP generator, rather than a booster. If that makes it more clear.

I have never played with a Heavy Suit so I don't know specifics relative to that but I can give some pointers on how to get substantially more WP than 1000. FYI: I use the Gallente Assault (medium suit). I am able to get a bunch of WP using the drop uplink. DO NOT put the droplink in a place where your teammates will easily get killed. Place it in a safe strategic place that will give your teammate a reason to want to spawn there. Another thing you can do is blow up the blaster installations. Usually when that **** falls from the sky in the middle of the match 2 of them will fall within firing range of each other. You can hack one and use it to blow up the other. You can get more points this way than you would if you hacked both of them. Shoot every enemy even if they are clearly out of range (but close enough in range for your bullets to do something). Doing this not only provides a little assistance to the possible teammate of yours who is closer by who can more easily finish the kill but you get an assist as well.
