Why were you banned in the first place?
I will inquire of my fellow moderators. We've never been particularly trigger happy, though, so I wouldn't think it was random.
... Also, I'm going to have to ask. Are you trying to join 'Lucent Echelont', or 'Lucent Echelon'?

EDIT: The channel has issues sometimes because it keeps going past 50 people and for some reason it was set to immediate. Try joining again. Echelon, but when i try to enter it says "You are not allowed to join this channel" so i assume im blocked

It's not something that non-moderators can see.
I'll hop back onto EVE in 10 mins or so and try inviting you directly.
