Saw 2 sqds of dust brasil on gal team, with one person on the cal team
Tried to awox us, got kicked in about a min
They lost the match

Yes also.....once I called an OB in on FW
I saw 3 reds...
Pilot was distracted and delayed firing by 5-10 seconds
Friendlies move in and clear the area
The pilot fires an 8 gun laser barrage
I kill 6-9 friendlies....
I DIDNT get kicked

Bait them into gettin banned, wear a cheap fit and anger him enough to get himself banned
If you see him/her a lot..perhaps you could note the times and dates and file a support ticket. ..??
If you have enough friends in the match, take turns killing him
Only as a solution to the situation u described
I don't ever endorse deliberate unprovoked teamkills
Worst awox moment for me, I was in a tank
Friend jumped out of his tank
Blue jumps in, then kills him
He fires several blaster rounds into my tank, by reflex I return a full volley of proto large missiles
I probably did a small amount of team damage beforehand
Banned -450 standing

Hmmm I did only see one instance of awoxing yesterday, it was dust brasil
Was it the person in ur sqd that awoxed you? Or just a random blue
I wouldn't put the gals past some kind of "awox campaign", it's more likely just the act of a few random players thinking they are doing something productive
In theory you could mess up a few matches by awoxing for a game when you're done with FW for the day, but
I would never countenance such base actions myself
As for improving the current system, id say we could take it to 3 punishes for a ban
Im not so sure about tweaks to dmg inflicted bans, as a lot of purely innocent FF dmg occurs in any match
Is it a problem?
It could be, simply if enough players are inclined to awox, unless GM are willing to ban an actual human player for repeated awoxing
This may require too much effort/ human resource to monitor and investigate
Or perhaps it's part of the game

Ya that kinda sux, personally I dont see a large amount of awoxing but that's just me
I have seen some corps/individuals carry personal vendettas into FW and do disrupt the game with immature behaviour
That's online gaming for u
Edit: I do see how that particular situation would be difficult to handle
Myself id probably just shoot them dead to get away from them and then just try and avoid them
But that's not really a solution, u were probably right just to leave
