Man, you always use Reactives instead of reppers.

 Less SP, More Health.

At complexs, you only lose 2 HP/s of rep. Well worth the extra buffer IMO.

Personally I like to use 2 reps and 3 ferroscale.

No movement penalty, 20hp/s rep rate, still plenty of armour in my book.

The higher strafe speed improves my aim, which is crucial to using a scrambler rifle.

But on topic, that looks like a good fit. I want try it. I also didn't know that you only lost 2hp/s repair for complex reactives

Gotta make more use of those then.

Personally I'd drop the reactives, hammer down two complex reppers, 2 ferroscales, and one ADV Kin Cat!

Now that's fast for an Amarr suit.

On my Gallente Logistics, I use 3x Reactives 2x Armor Repairs

And on my Assault, I'd use 5x Reactives.

Not quite accurate; 5 Complex Reactives works out to about 17 hp/s rep rate. More importantly, however, is that you can up-tier things like a sidearm and probably grenades to both be PRO level.

There's also the fact that you have a significantly reduced strafe penalty- a single Complex Plate is about a -5% speed penalty, while 5 Complex Reactives is the same- by using a Complex Rep, Complex Plate, and 3 Reactives, you have an ~8% reduction in speed.

And when you're slow, you really want to minimize the disadvantage of your slowness, so that 3% can be really important.

I believe that saxonmish uses that fit- as far as low slots go, at least. So obviously the fit is either good, or sax is just that amazeballs.

Probably a little bit of both, TBH.

I already explained to you why that's a shitfit. Please stop trying to convince people that it's good, when it is not.

In case you can't remember, here's where I did that:

Oh, here it is. Where you got schooled on Amarr Assault fitting, and also informed that you are ass at spelling.
