Last time I checked no one single person is the entire community either. Experts from the community help out quite a bit because they're a concentration of lots of knowledge; but when you concentrate things you do lose some flavor in the process espeically when that flavor is the exact opposite of what you're used to tasting.

More like a desired side effect if anything. RE changes to their timers seemed to have changed nothing in the past; the forced cloak fix; fixed the REs as well.
