I've played a few FW that played just like a PC battle, that's the way FW is supposed to be. It's working the way it is, people just lack the effort or are too impatient to squad up and qsync.
Right now if I win a battle at level 8 Cal with no booster I can buy 10 proto suits or 15 proto weapons. If I play a pub match I'm lucky if I can restock 4 suits or 4 weapons from ISK payout. Not to mention if you throw on a booster I'm now at 22 proto weapons and like 15 suits. It's already highly beneficial to play FW.
For a loss at level 8 with 1 booster I can still restock 4 suits like I was playing a pub match. I highly doubt it.

Numbers of districts mean jack **** in FW especially for the pilots we should be caring about.
I mean frankly it doesn't matter if Amarr owns 95% of the warzone DUst side if that 5% is focuses in the one system the Minmatar EVE players are plexing. In shot players are assuming that the region wide stats they are pulling out of their assess mean something instead of how focused the numbers of their districts in certain systems are.

That's how it is in EVE.
You sign up to a militia and engage in their FW, and the FW of their allies (though you cannot shoot I hubs) . You gain access to a static channel and can work out of that. However most FW groups make their own channels anyway for one reason or another.
Hell back when EVE started Militias had to make their own channels for organisation like we Dusters are doing now.
