I like how FW is setup. If you don't win you don't get much, that makes people put forth more of an effort to win. I've played a few FW that played just like a PC battle, that's the way FW is supposed to be. It's working the way it is, people just lack the effort or are too impatient to squad up and qsync.
Right now if I win a battle at level 8 Cal with no booster I can buy 10 proto suits or 15 proto weapons. If I play a pub match I'm lucky if I can restock 4 suits or 4 weapons from ISK payout. Not to mention if you throw on a booster I'm now at 22 proto weapons and like 15 suits. It's already highly beneficial to play FW.
For a loss at level 8 with 1 booster I can still restock 4 suits like I was playing a pub match.

LOL quit being a ******* scrub and squad up. You're playing solo and bitching about getting your head cracked. Believe me when I say this, I've lost like two battles in the last month for Caladari. Quit trying to play solo, I know you're a good player but that doesn't matter much when theres two squads in proto on the other side. SQUAD THE **** UP.

Well, like KC said it's hard to play if you're not winning as you don't get much for a loss. Perhaps a change is needed to motivate players to play more FW even if they do tend to lose. I'm all for whatever keeps DUST alive longer.
