The Tyran clenched his hands in anger at the Queen's words. "We..." He spoke in a deep, booming tone. "...were the victims against the Bloods, and against the Tal-Man. Your people do have a just reason for war, should you still carry anger in your hearts, and so does the Paric ruler, Galtan, am I correct?" His voice softens as his sentence turns him to Galtan who politely responded with "Yes, that would be correct."
"Ah, yes. I take it the of the Queen's knights is Paric, am I correct?" He had spoken to Krion briefly before everyone arrived and noted his accent.
"Yes, that would be correct, but how it relates to this subject I know not." Krion spoke up.

Perhaps in hopes of gaining our land should they be victorious in our war, but now we are pushing them away from us. I am willing to negotiate with their Prime Minister." With the outbreak of the hostilities against the Blooder Lands Prince Dontherys refuses to commit his people to a conflict without understanding to political nature of the Blood Raider peoples, and refuses to compromise the safety of envoys still in their lands.
He instead chooses to support the Osmari war efforts sending ships from his lands with provisions and suitable clothing to the Queen to be sold at cost allowing the Osmari to choose between using their own merchants and produces and cheaper foreign imports.
Understanding the nature of the conflict he chooses to attend the conference as Skyreach alongside several dignitaries from close allies Avallier, Rhistvalla, and Myhriyah.
Before the Summit
"My Prince you must understand what this could mean for my peoples country." The Rhistvallan Ambassador. "These hostilities could well be what would bring peace between us and those Skurdan barbardians.... we could put them to USE, My Prince."
"You would commit the Isles to a War Ambassador? We are not a people to whom conflict comes naturally." Replied the Prince scathingly, watching with a certain satisfaction as his the Ambassador flinched visibly with shame.
"Perhaps then a token force will suffice, Liege. Our War Effort need not be large, and the Companies can bear the brunt of the conflict if we can supply suitable fleet...." Suggested the robed Myhri Thainess. "There is much influence to be gained in trade during war time....."
"Avallier will serve at your word Prince. Death or Glory, Ruin or Reign." Replied the flamboyantly garbed Avallii Chevalier.
((Sorry just wanted to show the political situation of the Isles. Even within the Isles each island has its culture and its own angle. Rhistvalla is our most militarised state because it wars with the Skurd. The Avallier are sycophants as their Dukes second cousin is the wife of the Prince and they hope to sit an heir on the throne. The Myhri are the prolific traders and worshippers of the Ocean Gods))
At the Summit
The Prince clears his throat waiting for a pause in the conversation.
"Lord and Ladies this is unseemly. Surely we did not come to summit to case dispersion against one another's motivations in the face of these "hostilities". For the sake of our continued negotiations shall we address the current nature of the incident. If it please you how fares the efforts against these Blood Raiders?"

"I would say the efforts against my people are failing horribly. We are making our land safe from the risk of a power hungry nation taking Calimight. We now control Blood land, finally bringing an end to the years long war, and we are not planning on stopping until we are sheltered from the risk that would be the Tal-Man!" The Tyran exclaimed.
A servant came through the doors to request Galtan be informed of something privately. Galtan accepts and is lead out as the argument continues.
"Greatness, we have to inform you of a recent discovery." The servant's voice seemed to hold fear, but the servant herself was not afraid one bit.
"That would be?"
"Your... predecessor is... has not decayed. His body was discovered to be healed, and is breathing, but in a deep sleep which he is unlikely to wake from. They believe something is keeping him alive."
Galtan, slightly confused and even more so shocked requested that she return to the arguments and deal with this at a later date.

Patting down his clothes, Ivan address Martyn. "I am sorry you are correct we should not derail a peace conference from it's purpose. I know not what the Bloods offer in security. The Prince turned to address Prime Minister Ivan, looking thoughtful.
"Perhaps...... an immediate secession of the contested lands as outlined in the cease fire as well as minimal trade sanctions on the signatory states as imposed by a joint number of witnessing nations. Until the dispute is seen to by the nations....for good or ill the lands themselves are to represent a demilitarised zone of non aggression."
I trust this would keep both parties in line if the terms are agreeable.
