You can pay now, but I advise you to wait due to a chance of me not coming back to Dust. If I come back and see you have sent in ISK for tickets I will start the drawing and post the winner here. Wealth does not matter in my system, my system is also very fast, drawings can happen minutes after the pot gets high enough or days/weeks
The money will be delivered in under a minute of me posting the winner's name. I will attempt to take a picture of each transaction, I may not post due to me using an older small TV and my only way of taking the picture is my laptop.

Well I have explained it countless times.
I have even refused others who have a history of scamming, I want this to be a legit thing.
If I get at least 4 different people to pay I'll make sure the prize is at least 1 million (4 tickets would make for only 200k, 1m is an 800k bonus from me.) I believe someone has been awarded money from this before.

Wasn't saying you were scamming. Was going with the idea that going into a lottery in generally not a smart idea. Ignore the fact that I am mostly likely to win Jadek's current lottery when player trading becomes available (I don't know whether to laugh or cry).
Was just saying that it is quite dumb to buy into a lottery if you do not know what you will get out of it. I would advice you to set up your terms for the lottery is all, mate.

I really won't get anything out of the lottery until it gets big, then I get 1% of all ticket sales. (Big = 50 million pot.)

if you win the drawing you get the money made from tickets (and the ISK I put in)
