I know everyone will probably disagree with me but dang. This game is so dang twitchy anymore. I've noticed on the killboards that a lot of people are dying a butt load anymore. Starting to feel like we are playing call of booty or something. Maybe tone it down just a little? OK people, go ahead and rip into my post lol. Get guuud or whatnot. Happy Thanksgiving.

It is very hard to understand your post. Your grammar makes it unclear if you think that people are dying more or less often. |

Your post is quite hard to figure out indeed.
Traditionally, games like Call of Duty have been called 'dumb' because it is just a twitch shooter and the difference between a new player, a person playing for a week, and a person playing for a year is not as high as it is in many other games. This is why you don't see the kind of score differences you see in DUST like you do in CoD as often as you do. In DUST, you can pretty much assume that someone is going to kill 20+ people and die less than 3 or 4 times. That usually is not so in CoD. "I may be new but if I come in behind you I can kill you before you can blink." In DUST, when a veteran with proper fittings has quadruple the HP as a new player and twice the damage, that simply does not happen as often.
That is why you have things like the Noob Tube or the Smart Pistol in Titanfall; it is meant to blur the line between a veteran and a new player in regards to being able to shoot people. 'Dumbing down the game in regards to an FPS has nothing to do with making the ratio to kills to death better, it is the opposite. It is about stopping the games where a Heavy-Logi combo walk into a bunch of new players and melt them all down. For DUST, 'dumbing down the game' might also refer to having a tutorial (ease of entrance is increased) or having what Rattati is suggesting with already pre-fit suits that you can buy for ISK; meant to have people go "these suits are worse than one you can make but it is better than the Starter Fit."
What exactly are you asking for? Without using terms, if possible. Are you asking that people be able to routinely go 30/1-2? Because that already happens.

My KDR has taken a dive lately. There are several factors. First and foremost are the Mu-matchmaking matchups. If I do well on my first round, I can expect my second round to be really hard. I can look at the list of names and identify veterans, and then I can see a bunch of Noobs right out of the Academy on my team. "Nice starter fit bro." What should I do? I hate quiting and I hate losing. $$APEX$$ time! BPO playstyles involve strategic and suicidal tactics. Rush the enemy logi and flux his corpse. 1kill for 1 death makes it worth it while winning ISK (and SP).
While cheap, the fast action is fun. I pretty much relive some happy memories of Halo. I don't want to say Rouge is right, but BPO suits are fun and easy.
There will be bullets. ACR+SMG [CEO of Terror]
