In comparision to DUST its chalk and cheese in what is availible to mercs and its even less for pilots

Capacitors - Again in New Eden only can hope that they are in Legion and with capacitors comes balance and more variety in fits and playstyles along with unique modules and more skills 3b. Armor - In EVE and in DUST (for a time) armor reppers are active, now they are passive 3c. Shield - Adding more shield HP does not give you more passive shield regen like in EVE 3d. Shield - Adding more shield extenders does not increase your sig profile 3e. Shield - Passive regen in EVE is continous, in DUST it is not so passive shield tanking is not a viable option 3f. Modules - Apart from the lack of variety in modules there is also a lack of varients which had reduced PG/CPU requirements which also had other reduced stats but it could mean you could squeeze out enough CPU to fit something else 3g. Vehicles - PG/CPU starved, In EVE i have no problem fitting up with T2 mods, in DUST on my infantry suit i rarely have a problem with enchanced mods for an enhanced suit but it seems for vehicles i have to generally put in a CPU/PG mod or leave some slots empty like on the Madrugar which is the worst offender 3h. What would be a very big helper to game balance overall would be the removal of tiers in Dropsuits, and the last thing we need is to add in tier-based power-creep via ADV and PRO vehicles.
Specialist vehicles are a completely different matter, however. Personally, I think Marauders that are excellent at defense and Enforcers that are glass cannons would be an excellent addition to the game, as well as bringing back the Logistics Dropship and some other variants we've lost along the way.

Passive shield tanking is Dust 514 is incredibly vehicle..... hell I haven't used a booster in months because passive shield reps after 4 seconds are simply better than armour reps.

1. Problem - That would mean infantry either gives up adv/proto dropsuits which i do not see a big following for or vehicle pilots gets adv/proto hulls which infantry vehementaly do not want, either way pilots are stuck with less of everything but more nerfs |

But yeah mechanics are one thing that Rattati likes, lore and vehicles as I understand it are two things that are not on his radar.
1. 4 seconds it feels alot longer, i really do not think a passive tank is worth it, you cannot be aggressive and all it takes is a little hit to stop the regen and you will not rep back up
2. Even a small always passive regen like 50hp/s would help promote a passive tank alot more than it is
3. Lore is apart of New Eden, for DUST to be apart of New Eden it needs to share the same fundamental principles |

Going by names of the tanks, their roles should be revered. when I think of a marauder, I think of a pirate; they didn't stay and defend, they went out and took what they wanted. Marauder should be the attacker tank, the Enforcer the defender. Dunno why CCP did it that way so long ago during Chrome.
I may be missing something, but I'm pretty sure that I didn't call for a tank nerf before Uprising 1.7. - Atiim
