Using a mass calculation (substituting HP for mass), the sentinel simply moves to fast comparative to other frames. Without hurting those that don't armor stack and also making it a chore to play heavies, this was my proposal.
Extenders were thrown into the mix because of the HP=Mass idea. I still don't understand the hubbub, obviously it would be less than plates, and similar as reactives as they give similar HP.
1. This is why parts of the game are broken and continue to be still messed up, lore is working in New Eden and frankly if DUST is to be in New Eden then some if not all the main parts have to follow
2. Skills - Not lore but New Eden, every ship, gun, module, rig comes with skills which offer a bonus per level aswell as more unlockables and if some books do not offer a bonus per level its because it is assigned directly to the ship itself so training that skill offers a bonus anyways. In comparision to DUST its chalk and cheese in what is availible to mercs and its even less for pilots
3. Vehicles - So far from New Eden as you can get
3a. Capacitors - Again in New Eden only can hope that they are in Legion and with capacitors comes balance and more variety in fits and playstyles along with unique modules and more skills
3b. Armor - In EVE and in DUST (for a time) armor reppers are active, now they are passive
3c. Shield - Adding more shield HP does not give you more passive shield regen like in EVE
3d. Shield - Adding more shield extenders does not increase your sig profile
3e. Shield - Passive regen in EVE is continous, in DUST it is not so passive shield tanking is not a viable option
3f. Modules - Apart from the lack of variety in modules there is also a lack of varients which had reduced PG/CPU requirements which also had other reduced stats but it could mean you could squeeze out enough CPU to fit something else
3g. Vehicles - PG/CPU starved, In EVE i have no problem fitting up with T2 mods, in DUST on my infantry suit i rarely have a problem with enchanced mods for an enhanced suit but it seems for vehicles i have to generally put in a CPU/PG mod or leave some slots empty like on the Madrugar which is the worst offender
3h. Vehicles - Will we get advanced/proto vehicles? Right now we do have nothing, no varients, no specalized vehicles no chance to upgrade that HAV skill to 3 or 5 and get something new with a worthwhile skill bonus while i sit in my PROTO SENTINAL with PROTO HMG and PROTO MODULES with LEVEL 5 INFANTRY SKILLS which offer more than whats in a pilots skill tree

4a. Shield - Adding shield extenders does not increase sig profile
