i saw that video, then i took that and angry joe's review notes and made an argument on the bungie forums... not sure they like me any more lol. but anyhow, yeah its true, video games are pandering to dumber and dumber audiences. the reason i got into eve was its learning curve, actually felt like a challenge, and i felt empowered once i overcame that learning curve. it's the same reason i like dust, you do your homework and you end up with a suit that runs well, ifyou don't then you'll lose money, at least thats the idea, and i hope ccp expands on it. |

There are three huge differences between DUST and Destiny in my opinion... first of all CCP Sanghai realized their own limitations and mistakes and while slowly but they made DUST better over the years. They also developing a superior version of DUST on a superior platform to make the previously failed promises real.
Second, DUST is a Free to Play game while Destiny costs $60 at least to play! If you hate DUST you simply uninstall it and after a few patches you can try again, for free. (This argument is a bit outdated now because there is a free demo of Destiny available).
And the last one is... DUST rewards the players. LIKE ****.
Yes, I'm that desperate...

Still waiting for beta of valkylrie... but CCP must bear with huge competition here to do it right.
'Holly trinity' (eve - dust - valkylrie) is like holly grail.. no one see it ;) but anybody know how powerful is it.
