Is there a stacking penalty to EWAR ?

For all the EWAR it doesn't say. But I'm wondering what if there is and it isn't listed ?

So for Damp & Range Mods, it's only worth have either 2 or 3 ?

Depends on what you are trying to do and with what suit.
You would be surprised how sometimes that little extra bit means the difference between being scanned and not being scanned, in terms of Damps.
Range mods I can't say, but they would obviously be worth more on a Cal scout.

I think that unless it says it has no stacking penalty like plates and sheild extanders it has a stacking penalty.
Edit: on a cal od gal scout 2 damps get you past amard scout scans but im pretty sure you need 3/4 to get past gal logi super scans. On the other hand min and am scouts need 3 ro just get past am scout scans and then they cant even get passed gal logi scans. Hope that helps if it does you shouls send me isk.

Damps have the least penalty im assuming. Wait, i dont think any EWAR does. Im terrible at math though so honestly i have
no idea.

Cal needs to use a Pro cloak with those 2 Damps to beat Gal Logi with Focused.
Amarr and Minmatar can also beat Amarr passives with 2 Complex Damps and a pro cloak (but you are right that they need 3 without a cloak)
They can get passed Gal Logi Focused scan with 3 Complex Damps and the pro cloak.

Every module that gives you % of something have stacking pentaly.
*1st module gives 100% (eg. 25%damp from first complex damp)
*2nd gives 86.9% from its orginal (if it is the same module ofc. It affects std/enchanted/complex in the same way. Eg 21.725% from 2nd complex damp, or 17.38% from 2nd enchanced damp)
*3rd gives 57.1% (14.275% from 3rd complex damp)
*4th gives 28.3% (7% from 4th complex damp)
