Quickly, they open fire, killing Tander before he can defend himself. ((I said peaceful, not kill a dozen civilians to open a door. You could have easily hacked it or asked Raven about it.))
the guards didn't know that the dead corpse of tander09 was just a decoy hologram, as Nexle (Tander09 is just a codename) was beyond the locked door.
What Nexle saw made him speechless. terran tech, centuries old, displayed in bulletproof cases. this pleased nexle, but just as he was about to leave, the guards were back.
just as the guards began to shoot, Nexle activated his cloak and vanished from sight.

Nexle quickly activates an unknown object, presumably jovian, and everything evaporated to nothingness.

Nexle finds himself back in the room with the terran tech.

Nexle left the room and spotted the armored guards coming back
"Oh, this part again"

Adapting to immortal life isn't the thing with me, it is the endless cycle of death that comes with it.
Although it may seem not that bad for you guys, but for me, the cycle is mental torment. Dying over and over and **** OVER just puts me on the verge of madness. And also, the thing with being immortal that saddens me is...the fact that you being blessed with immortality, but all of the people you grew up with, they perish while you still stand.
