I was not "Leet" enough for the PFBHz v PRO battle at the time, it seems...
But on a more nostalgic note, I do think that the original 8 merc "Dream Teams" - Imps, PFBHz, SI, SyN - would roast the current best players if they played with the same interest that they did back then.
The Zitros were a very, very good pair, and Mr. Zitro's tank was pretty damn awesome.
Aldin was the only tanker that Slap26 ever admitted could pop his tank.
Protoman set the first "legitimate" 100+ Kill in pubs (Admittedly, he called in tanks on top of buildings for a fair chunk of it)
Fizzy was great as well. I think that at my best, I was close to his equal. I would absolutely say that he was better than me
James was/is the best player I have seen. Not because he is great at DUST, but because he is great at shooters in general. He had extraordinarily good aim, even on a DS3. I remember the first time I played against him in a Q-synced pub match. Everyone in the corp had hyped him up, so I wanted to take a crack at him. He hadn't even gotten enough skill points for proto gear, but he wrecked me in mine. I got a kill or two on him, but he and I were just at different levels. Not to say I was the best of the best or anything. There were and are plenty of players better than myself.
Laz was one of the best Dropship pilots, along with Doc Holiday, etc.
If PFBHz had fared well in the opening days of Uprising, we probably would have operated like TP did in their heyday. We were not deep enough to own tons of space, but we would have been very active ringers.

Imps - specifcially Soda Pop - were probably the best Trolls the game has seen so far
