If you are running full proto, that is on you. You can't be begging for money and then say "I run proto". That's like me panhandling on a corner then getting into my brand new Mercedes and driving off.
In the Christmas spirit though, here is some advice. If you can learn to run positive KDR in militia and standard gear, you will kill it when you switch back to proto.

Once the money is out of your wallet, consider it lost to the abyss or something. Anything you have to do to get it through your skull that NOBODY in their right mind is going to send it back, especially since CCP will do absolutely nothing about scamming.
