Why do you all have so much? You don't need everything. Some of you are practically hoarding billions for the sake of having big meaningless numbers to look at. Why not give some away? I sure could a mil or so, and I'm pretty sure the guy below me wouldn't mind having a little extra in his wallet.

I would think it's to have high stock of prototype dropsuits/vehicles, and never have to worry about much money loss. Tbh I'd like to be the same way, I maxed out corporation skills so now just more ISK grinding to get enough to try for a district. I'm at under 10mil myself |

Heck, I may very well start handing some ISK out myself. Ten-million to a smart spender can go a long way. That amount should be enough to cover the basic necessities of skill books and Advance fits. |

Because some of us worked hard for that isk and understand that isk should EARNED and not GIVEN. You want isk? Use BPO's. Dont like using BPOs? Make sure you dont die.

I used to have 53 million, but I gave it all away to a lottery winner.
Then I started climbing back up, and gave it all to Spademan.
Then, I started giving random locals money.
I continued that for a bit until I heard newbies needed money, so I started with that.
I get money from running cheap fits and player donations, but always give it away because why the hell not?
Was thinking of doing another lottery for you forumites for a prize of 50 million isk again, but I don't really know if there are people who really need it. I have a way of getting the money, but meh. |

I gave away a good chunk when I initiially quit, I have a few million left to float me hopefully long enough to film the flight academy. Once im out ill probably bounce again, but who knows, maybe ill manage to break even

That's another good option, but how much of the donations actually go into helping these new players? How does it work exactly? Do the CEOs just hand out ISK to newbs in their corps? What type of training are they doing that requires them to have stable funding? Can't training be facilitated without the need of ISK altogether? |

I'm bouncing around the 26-29 million ISK range. It seems like whenever I hit that 30 mil, I have to buy a bunch of stuff to restock my fits and buy skillbooks for upgrades. I just can't seem to get up much past that for more than a day or 2.
I had to drag and claw my way up there from 10 mil (feel pretty damn proud of that) but I just can't seem to get any larger reserves built. I have given away probably 15 mil in the process to help guys out I was squadding with who needed to restock. And I only run proto 1 out of every 5-6 matches if it is balanced and feel like that will help push my team over the top. So I'm not on some crazy Proto spree.
