Request for an in-game battle calculator that determines when it just doesn't ****ing matter if you've 5-capped the enemy team, you're still going to lose because of the MCC Cannon.
This calculator would essentially weigh how much HP the MCC still has compared to how much damage it is going to take over 'x' amount of time. If (damage over time) does not exceed (HP) then the match just says, "**** it, we've already lost" and sends you to the end of match screen to keep you from even trying, wasting your time, and wasting assets.
Please and thank you.
EDIT: Request made because 'Remove the MCC Cannon' just doesn't sit well with people, apparently.

Please and thank you. But this End Game Futility sumes up the entirety of DUST 514 and the Failed Legion is about.
CCP holds the Caldari's hand so this doesn't happen again.

Hah.
So true.

This would negate cloning an enemy out as a victory denial tactic. Yes it really does happen.

Ture, but I think it would be easy enough to add something that says if the winning team has more than 50 clones, and also some % more clones than the losing team, also futile.
I'm down with the idea.

I disagree with this, when a match is lost, I take it upon myself to spoil it for the other team by making them lose as much money as possible before it's over. As a merc, my employer expects at least that of me, if I could not win the battle for them. |
