That's where I would disagree. If I were inclined to use a Minmatar suit (ew disgusting flithy) I'd never need to engage enemies or stack EHP.

Hell I could spend entire matches cloaked only hacking turrets and objectives behind enemy lines... or ambushing snipers and lone defenders with RE's...... though point of the protofits build I created just no was purely to have objectives 50% faster.......

I mean how can you not have respect for a scout with 50% faster hacks, and fundamental scan invisibility, not to mention 8.31 m/s.......
