Why?
I speced into minja. It is good.
If fitted good, it does hide under amarr scans (with cloak on) while having codebreaker.
Also this fit achive almost 400ehp.
Dampened gallente scouts run with little more than 400ehp.
The worst (in form of fun/playstyle) : Amarr. He's just slow.

Broken hit box.. you just use this argument (proved it's wrong by Ccp) over and over again.
When scout sprints + there are lags, your shoots are not registered sometimes.
I play as cal/minja. And i can tell you that everything kills me instantly.
In the other hand, i unloaded 4CR busrts into minja that had 230shields and it did to him 100dmg only.
As i said. Lags/speed breaks game.

So if, as most scouts insist, the Cal Scout isn't broken but instead it's speed that's causing the problem; then the only logical conclusion is that scouts need another speed nerf. I know that's not a road you guys are willing to go down but it's either something is wrong with the Cal Scout as most people say or it's all scouts can move too fast for the game to work properly. Either way the issue has to be addressed. People have no problem shooting my minja Back off, don't touch my speed
As i said, people down my cal/minja equaly fast.
Sometimes i feel that (scout) have hp like heavy when there are lags.
