KEQ, Death Dealers, DUST Brazil, etc., all need to sit the frick down and give there districts to people that deserve it.
Hiring ringers once in awhile is part of the game, but this scrub squad jimberolly-doo-doo a-roo-roo is not helping PC.
Maybe Tso's should try for 100% and give districts to those who earned it.
Because that has never been done before and hasn't ended terribly
