I suppose if you prefer the more twitch shooter everyone's the badass style of game. I like dust pvp because there is some stretegy, teamwork, battle lines and large teams (compared to destiny).
The different classes are basically the same in destiny, except for when you get a super every few minutes but that's about it.

Ive never seen much tactics in DUST, just blob the city with heavies and uplinks and call it a day. Destiny pvp is satisfying and fast paced. It gives me the fps fix I need from time to time. Not to say I dont have my fair share of complaints with the game, but DUST is anything but an exceptional shooter.
There is more tactics involved in my dropship with my 4 squad mates than there is in destiny. Sure dust has problems, probably always will, but there is tactics, especially in a squad.
The most tactics you find in destiny is how to push bosses off a cliff. That's okay though because it is a fast paced shooter with apace magic. Your not suppose to think too Much about it your suppose to kill stuff and have a good time. I enjoy a few games on destiny when I have a good team on that just kills people left and right, but there is never a battle line to hold or push through, there is never really communication other than where they are or what super they have, there isn't really positioning as you can just fly around.
Destiny is a good twitch shooter that brings back the glory days of halo multiplayer. Dust is an excellent tactical shooter which sets the bar for customization.
