To be honest I haven't been able to find a fight in weeks....... everyone runs from the slicer or doesn't want to engage the corp Tormentor. I'm not much of a PvPer tbh but I can shoot in the general direction of the primaried enemy making me perfect bait and or linepilot.

Distinct lack of drones on both those ships unless you dunked them Viktor. well the omen had no rigs to begin with and no drones he melted pretty quickly for being shot my small turrets. the harby had hammerheads which did not help him much because they were to slow to catch me. They were trying to PVP in PVE fits.
Indeed since the Slicer kites at 20-24km as I tend to fly at roughly 3km per sec MWD not overheated those Hammerhead would be lagging behind....... plus with pulse lasers your limited to short range mostly....and beams track like...... well they just don't.
Drones are must haves on any and all ships that can house them.

I fly with Agony and we stage out of E-Y and routinely cruise through Catch / Providence. Take a spin up our way and you'll likely find a good small gang fight most nights of the week.
You might see PIE occasionally out in Provi but I've barely had more than three Cruiser or Large Fleet fights, not that I wouldn't love to scrap in Navy Harbi's or Omens.
Hell I've never actually been out to Null Sec......
