Logis would still rightfully outscore assaults and heavies with these changes.
And killing takes more skill in this game than being a logi. Sorry to break to anyone, but being a logi is not hard, nor a skill.

Throwing passive equipment on the ground and using an auto-lock repair are not skills. Is a logi important, very; but what they do is unearned and takes zero skill.

I wish my 'not hard' logistics suit had 400 eHP like its assault counterpart,instead of the 240 it has.
I wish my 'not hard' logistics suit had full speed despite the eHP speed balance being broken,instead of being slower in every way.

Yes,i also wish my rep tool could work from +50m distance doing upwards of 88 (Pro tool) with a basic version,oh how much more affordable my fits would be.(weapon comparison)

You win this one,i tip my hat to you my good sir. I just have to comment cause I always see you singing the same tune. Literally for months now "wah my logi stinks for this and that reason". I just don't get it. I have both logi and assault. On my logi I run 4 eWar mods, I maybe have 450 eHP can't remember exactly. Guess what? I do fine. In fact I usually get way more WP than I would in my assault plus I don't have to try nearly as hard. I primarily use my logi suit when I want to relax a bit. Assaulting is seriously stressful work. Sure logis could use a little buff but it's really not as bad as you make it out to be. As for assaults having zero risk, that just doesn't make any sense. Logis should surround themselves with people to soak up damage. Heavies can get repped endlessly. Scouts can go invisible. Finally you always comment "have you tried being a logi". Well have you tried being an assault? From someone who has both roles maxed, I see some semblance of balance between them. Point being is... You're biased and you don't realize it. Sorry OP for the rant. I do support some sort of kill streak WP reward. Maybe +5 points for each kill above the first. So a 20 kill streak would give +95 WP. Definitely don't support less WP for sidearm kills or explosive kills.
