Stevez Lau Krullefor Organization Minmatar Republic 2	Posted - 2014.11.23 01:47:00 - [1] - Quote This guy was dropping remove explosives on the map near our MCC and every time he detonated them, everyone on the opposing team would die at the same time no matter where they were. He did this over and over throughout the entire game and no one could do anything. The guys name was "Tedohomia". Here are all the screenshots. (Taken from my phone). He was 94-0 at the end of the game. Yeah, it took me a min to figure out what was going on then seeing the top left fill with remote explosive kills gave it away. I stood next to this guy the entire game.

Even in their own MCC. that font tho Pokemon master and Tekken Lord Gk0 Scout yay :)

I'd really like to know how too - far as I know, client side games would make inputting a script to run with the game difficult - but that's the only way he could of done this

I will update the status of the tickets below but in keeping in line with the terms of service, I will only briefly update you as I am not allowed to show the contents of messages sent by GMs. I just encountered the same player again on the opposing team. These bombs seem to not be global but kill people in select sockets. He still seems to be killing people across the map though. He just went 64-0 in the game I just left.

I'll test this out on my RE toon later, would be hilarious to find it to be a bug where you place RE's in mountainsides like you would an uplink in a wall - causing the RE to explode the whole map, lol.

I actually managed to replicate the glitch on manus peak. Now I'm wondering what other spots on other maps could be the same. Yea bumping the resolution down to 570p or something strange like that through a HDMI cable does the same thing. Its a lower res thing. Game runs smooth at low res though. They can just set them up and wait around the corner. With the Frisbee throw fixed, they'll still drop them from roofs. That's your responsibility to watch out and to go up there and clear them from the roof/pipes. A small delay or timer would work wonders to prevent people from running around the corner, jumping and throwing one and then jumping away and triggering. Those two changes would fix REs.

Near the supply depot west of center, there is a little hill sort of. The uplink was inside the thing there, when i spawned i fell through the floor. I kept falling forever, i could see from underside the map, and the world kept getting smaller and smaller. I fell for 5 minutes then just suicided. It was like looking at the map from an editor on PC. Where you can see outside the boundaries and its all grey. Now that people know stuff can be placed outside boundaries, its a hell of a lot of editor work on CCPs part to fix. Having to smooth map vertices and making sure no holes in boundaries. Quite a nightmare from programming point of view. I think a quick fix would be giving walls a shove back effect like when you get close to a vehicle and get pushed back. Like have everything on the x=0 plane not bounce, and everything above that bounce. Hello Ping Pong514!

My point is that they're not cheating constantly, so all their high scores shouldn't be seen as confirmation of their 'hack'.

This man is doing this from a jailbroken PS3 and there is nothing CCP can do to get rid of him. Even if his character is banned, he can make new ones as many times as he wants and ruin your evening. His eventual boredom is the only thing that will stop him. If you think this is bad, once the game hits PC it will be much easier for anyone to do this without specially modified hardware. It will become an every day, every game thing. This hack is probably originating from a specific source that I could point out rather easily, but I'd rather not get banned for making that information more public than it is. Sufficed to say, it has been possible to do this for a very, very long time. There is another character named "h4cker punch" who used to go around punching the air and it would send people flying across the map. Funny stuff, but haven't seen that one in use since Chromosome. It's my fault FA exists. Direct your rage to me.

I have not been able to replicate this exploit myself yet.
